What to Expect on Saturday morning
Expect a warm welcome, lots of smiles, and a relaxed, family atmosphere. The Kuna church family is known for its love-the very characteristic Jesus said should identify His followers.
We value being members of our community and want all people in Kuna and the Treasure Valley to know about God's plan for their lives.
The Meetings Themselves
The main service begins at 11:30, but come early to get the kids settled in Children's Church, get a seat and join in the praise singing at 11:15. Words to the praise songs and scripture passages are projected on a screen. Come as you are-business/casual or just casual. Just come!
The messages will be contemporary, Bible-based, and designed to provoke thought, further study, and discussion.
Each Wednesday night from 7-8 PM, there will be a more open, "round-table" discussion of the topic that was presented at the Saturday meeting. Questions are encouraged so that we can dialogue and learn together. God's love and His relevance to our lives will be the theme of each meeting. Child care on Wednesday night can be arranged if there's a need.
What About the Kids?
Bring them! We love children and have some of the best children's ministry leaders in the Valley. When you come, you will be shown where our "Children's Church" takes place. You will either receive a pager from the teacher or sign your child in. Then you can join the main meeting in the sanctuary knowing that your child is in good hands until you meet up again at 12:30.
If you choose to keep your child with you, grab a "Busy Bag" from the coat closet in the lobby. They are filled with safe, quiet activities for toddlers and preschoolers. And if the little ones do get restless, a safe, well-equipped nursery and training room is available for your use just to the rear of the sanctuary.
A Free Lunch
There is such a thing as a "free lunch" and one will be prepared for you each week during the 7-week series. When you pick up your children, the tables will be set in the gymnasium. All you have to do is choose your seat and sit down. Lunch is on us!
